How does parent and guardian registration work?

Modified on Tue, 23 May, 2023 at 11:40 AM

We introduced parent and guardian registration so that each child is only registered once.

As part of the application process to your school, you will need to ask the parents and guardians to register for the ISEB Common Pre-Tests using the Guardian Portal.

Once they have completed and confirmed the applicant details, they will see their unique ISEB Applicant ID. The Applicant ID will need to be shared with each senior school as part of the application process. Parents and guardians must share the Applicant ID with the senior school so the tests can be scheduled by the invigilation centre and for the results to be made available.

Parents and guardians will select the invigilation centre as part of creating the applicant profile.  This will automatically update in your Invigilation Centre Portal and you will have the option to approve or decline the request.
