How do I find an invigilation centre for the ISEB Pre-Tests?

Modified on Wed, 5 Nov at 3:37 PM

Please follow the three steps below to secure an invigilation centre before the prospective senior school's testing deadline.

1. We recommend contacting the candidate's current school to see if it would be willing to become an invigilation centre for the Pre-Tests. Invigilating the tests is free of charge; they are taken online and only require a computer and internet access. I have attached a helpful guide you can give to your school to assist them in becoming an invigilation centre. They might also want to know that they are not required to act as an invigilation centre for any external candidates.

2. Another option is to approach the prospective senior school to see if they offer testing sessions for the Pre-Tests.

3. Should neither of these options be suitable, you can find a map of our registered governmental or educational centres on our website. You can get in touch with them to see if they could assist you, or you can ask a centre near you to apply to become an ISEB Pre-Tests invigilation centre. You will need to get in touch with the centre before selecting them on the portal to ensure they have availability to invigilate the candidate's tests.

To apply to become an invigilation centre, you can share the link to the registration form so the prospective centre can complete their details. For security reasons, we need the prospective centre to submit the application themselves.

The centre may also want to read our Invigilation Centre Guide to learn more about administering the tests.

If none of these options is suitable for the candidate, just let us know, and we can assist you further with finding an invigilation centre.
