Unfortunately, a parent or guardian cannot add a venue as a new invigilation centre.
If the invigilation centre is a school, the guardian should pass this link to the school to apply to become an invigilation centre: How do I register to become an invigilation centre for the Common Pre-Tests?
If the invigilation centre is a non-school venue (and not a British Council location), they should contact VICTVS to become an invigilation centre for the Common Entrance Examinations.
