How can I delete the applicant profile?

If you want to delete the entire applicant profile, log into your account and select the profile you wish to delete.

You can only 'Delete Applicant' when there is no invigilation centre selected.  If you cannot see the 'Delete Applicant' button, you must contact your invigilation centre and ask them to remove the applicant profile from their list.  It is good practice to do this to make them aware the applicant is no longer taking the test with them.  Once they have done this you will be able to proceed with deleting the profile.

Select 'Delete Applicant' from the top right corner of your page.

Please note that this is irreversible.  If you delete the account, they will not be able to sit the tests and their results won't be shared with the senior school unless you recreate the profile.

Once a test has been taken you will not be able to delete the applicant.
