You can add single applicants via their Applicant ID or add applicants in batches via a CSV file using the ‘Options’ dropdown menu on the Applications screen.
How to add a single applicant
To add a single applicant, you need the child’s Applicant ID.
Parents and guardians generate the Applicant ID by creating the Applicant Profile. ISEB asks guardians to share the ID directly with each senior school.
If you have not received an ID you are expecting, we recommend contacting the guardian to request it.
How to add multiple applicants
Select ‘Add multiple applicants by CSV’ in the Options dropdown menu.
Download the template.
The template requires the following details:
Applicant ID
There are two optional columns for internal school referencing and labels.
It is essential that you use our template for your CSV file. Please do not change the template format as this may prevent a successful upload. You will receive an error message if this happens.
Once the template has been populated with a batch of applicant details, you can upload the file to the Senior School Portal via the ‘Options’ drop down menu.
You will see the following alert when your upload is complete.
