How do I add multiple applicants?

You can upload a batch of applicants via CSV file. 


First, select ‘Options’ in the top right corner of the screen. Next, select ‘Add multiple applicants by CSV’. Finally, ‘download template’. 


It is essential that you use our template for your CSV file. Please do not change the template format, as this may prevent a successful upload. You will receive an error message if this happens.


You will need each child’s Applicant ID and your internal reference number if you have one. There is an option to add labels. For example, the group label could be used to label a particular examination group.


Once the template has been populated with applicant details, please upload the file to the Senior School Portal via the ‘Options’ drop-down menu. Select ‘Add multiple applicants by CSV’ and either drag your file into the box or click the box to select your file by browsing.
