As part of the process of creating the Applicant Profile, a parent or guardian will select your school as the invigilation centre. Once they have confirmed their registration you will see the applicant profile in your Invigilation Centre Portal when you log in. At this point, you can ‘Approve’ or ‘Decline’ them.
If you do not recognise the name of the applicant, or you want to check the details before approving them, you can click on the applicant's name to see all the information they have been registered with.
Once approved, you can click on an applicant’s name to see their profile and schedule their assessments.
