How often should I upload Applicant IDs?

Your frequency depends on the number of applicants you have. However, you should add the Applicant IDs regularly - we recommend at least twice a week - because:

You will want to review each applicant's profile. You will need time to check details for those with SEND status and, if necessary, appeal.
A parent or guardian will receive a reassuring notification in their portal once you have uploaded the Applicant ID.
An invigilation centre cannot schedule the tests until at least one school has uploaded the Applicant ID.

You can upload Applicant IDs singularly or in bulk.
