How often should I upload Applicant IDs?

Your frequency depends on the number of applicants you have. However, you should add the Applicant IDs regularly - we recommend at least twice a week - because:

• You will want to review each applicant's profile. You will need time to check details for those with SEND status and, if necessary, appeal.

• A parent or guardian will receive a reassuring notification in their portal once you have uploaded the Applicant ID. 

• An invigilation centre cannot schedule the tests until at least one school has uploaded the Applicant ID.

You can upload Applicant IDs singularly or in bulk.
