I cannot schedule the tests for a pupil

If when you try and schedule a test for a pupil, you are unable to select them because the tick box is grey, this is likely because there are no senior school applications linked to the profile.


You can check this by opening the profile of one such child and seeing if there are any senior schools listed on the right-hand side. 

If there are not, then you will need to wait until the senior school has uploaded the Applicant ID before being able to schedule the test. Most senior schools are uploading IDs at least weekly. If it has been longer than a week since the parents sent the Applicant ID, they should contact the senior school to see if there is an issue.
