Approving or declining a pupil who has selected my venue as the Invigilation Centre

Once a guardian has entered your school as their child’s invigilation centre, it will come through on your applicant dashboard under ‘Applicant Requests’. Here you can see their details, and click respond.

Once you have selected ‘respond’, a pop-up will appear where you see a brief overview of their details and have an option to approve if you are expecting them to take the tests with you or to decline if you are not aware of this request.

Approving an applicant profile

Select 'Approve' to add the applicant details to your invigilation centre. You will be able to schedule tests for this pupil once their Applicant ID has been uploaded by a senior school.

Declining an applicant profile

If you do not recognise the applicant's details and do not want them to take the tests with you, you should decline the request. The guardian will be able to see in their Guardian Portal that their request has been declined but they might not know why.  Before you decline their request, you can view the contact details in the applicant profile by clicking on the applicant's name.
