Why can't I add an applicant to the assessment?

If you are unable to add an applicant to an assessment and it appears grey, further action is required prior to the applicant taking the tests.

You will be able to identify the reason why the applicant cannot be added to the assessment by hovering over the candidate.

The most likely reason is that the applicant does not have a senior school on their profile.

To add a senior school to the profile, the guardian must give the applicant ID to the prospective senior school. The senior school will then add the ID to their portal. You will be able to see when the senior school has added the applicant when the senior school is displayed on the candidate profile under 'Senior Schools'.
