After completing their registration, parents and guardians can see their Applicant ID in the Guardian Portal. We have provided a ‘copy’ button to help them share it with you.
You can ask parents to send you their Applicant ID in the way that best suits your application process.

Via a Google form
ISEB recommends setting up a Google form or other similar software if your application system does not enable parents and guardians to add to their application after submission.
Google Help - How to Create your first form
Set up your Google Form, then send it to all the parents and guardians who have applied. Use the form to ask them to add their Applicant ID. You will then be able to download this information as a CSV file and upload it to your Senior School Portal via bulk upload.
