The Applicant ID won't upload. What should I do?

It is likely that the parent or guardian has not copied the Applicant ID correctly. In the Guardian Portal, on the applicant's profile, the Applicant ID has a button which will automatically copy the ID. Parents and guardians should use this feature to reduce the likelihood of a copying error.
