The Test Login Codes are not visible - what should I do?

Test Login Codes are only visible during the test window.


Test Login Codes will NOT be available until the test window opens. Similarly, if a test window has closed, the Test Login Codes will no longer be available.


If an applicant’s EAL or SEND needs have yet to be resolved, the Test Login Codes will not be shown.


We recommend choosing a test window which allows enough time to download and distribute codes as required. 


If you want to check the Test Codes work before the day of the test, you can set the assessment window to start before your first testing day. 

(For example, if your test is on a Tuesday you may want to start the assessment window from the Friday before. You will then be able to enter the Test Code and Date of Birth to check that you are taken to the pupil's test dashboard. Make sure you do not select 'start test'. Sign out (top right corner) on the device afterwards.)


If the test window has passed but more applicants still need to complete the tests, you will need to create a new test window and add the applicant(s) and relevant assessment(s).
