What if something prevents all the applicants for completing the test?

Modified on Tue, 18 Oct 2022 at 10:28 AM

If all the applicants have been unable to complete the test, this must be reported in the ‘End of Test Declarations’ form.

The ‘End of Test Declarations’ form can be found in the Invigilation Centre Portal once the relevant test window has ended.

Please go to iseb.eva.tech/invigilation-centre and enter your login credentials.

Select the ‘Assessments’ tab in the upper left-hand corner.

Any completed tests will be highlighted orange, with a button to complete the declarations.

Select the applicants who did not complete the test.

Select ‘No’ in answer to the question ‘Was the test administered under the right conditions as outlined in the Invigilator Guidelines?’

Do not tick the box confirming the guidelines were followed.

Please use the ‘Additional comments' box to describe the situation including the reason why applicants were unable to complete the test.

Then click ‘Submit’.

If the test was not administered under the right conditions, you will need to contact ISEB directly pretests@iseb.co.uk
