If applicants experience this issue, please advise them to complete the test as best as possible. You must make a note of the applicant IDs of those who experienced the issue as well as the day(s) and time(s) the issue occured. This will allow the situation to be investigated further.
When you complete the End of Test Declaration, select the relevant students and describe the issue experienced. You will also need to contact ISEB by submitting a support ticket. From the drop-down, please select 'Technical issues during a test' as a type of enquiry.
The best way to avoid issues with how questions appear on screen is to ensure the systems meet our system requirements.
