How will I know if my SEND request has been approved?

Modified on Thu, 20 Nov at 9:41 AM

Any Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) should be discussed with the prospective senior school prior to the candidate profile creation as part of the application process.

The SEND section of the portals should not be the first time the candidate's extra time or other adjustments are disclosed to the senior school and the section acts as a reference point to the senior schools and invigilation centres.

If a senior school has any concerns about your request for 25% extra time or other adjustments they will contact you directly, and should they want to appeal any adjustments, they will contact you and the current school prior to raising the appeal.
