The method of changing the Invigilation Centre will depend on whether the Invigilation Centre has already accepted the applicant or whether the request is still pending. You will be able to see the status of the Invigilation Centre in the Guardian Portal when you open the applicant profile.
1. Pending approval
If the centre you have selected has not yet been approved, and the Invigilation Centre section states 'Pending approval', you are able to edit the centre on the applicant profile. Select 'Change Centre' to update your choice.
2. Approved
If the invigilation centre has approved the applicant already, you will need to contact the Invigilation Centre to ask them to decline your request.
They can do this by following these instructions: I have made a mistake declining/approving a pupil in the Invigilation Centre Portal.
Once they have done this, you will be able to select a new centre on the applicant profile.
