Trouble Logging in - Invigilation Centre

After registering you will receive an email from noreply@eva.tech with the subject 'Your verification code' to log in. These sometimes get blocked.  Check your 'Junk Mail' and add noreply@eva.tech to the safe senders list to ensure the email will not be blocked.

If you are still having issues or need another code to log in, please follow the steps below to see if they resolve your issue.

1. Please check you are on the correct login page for the Portal 

If you see this screen below, you are on the incorrect login page.

2. You should see the portal login screen (see below):

3. Click 'Forgot Your Password'?

    The screen will change to the one below:
4. Please enter your email address in the 'Email' box. This is the same email address you used originally to register for the Portal.

Click 'Send Code'.

5. The screen will now change to the following:

6. You will receive an email from noreply@eva.tech with the subject 'Your verification code' to log in. These sometimes get blocked.  Check your 'Junk Mail' and add noreply@eva.tech to the safe senders list to ensure the email will not be blocked.

Enter the code you just received in the email in the 'Code' box.
Provide a new password in the 'New Password' box.
Repeat the new password in the 'Confirm Password' box.
Click the 'Submit' button.


7. If this does not work, please make sure you are not using a VPN or that your firewall settings are not blocking the portal from functioning correctly. You can check this by running our Debug and Diagnostics tool at https://iseb.eva.tech/debug/. Download and send this report to our support team, by filling in a ticket here.
