A parent or guardian has sent me their Applicant ID, but they have not applied to our school. What should I do?

You should only upload the Applicant IDs of pupils who have applied to your school. 

We recommend contacting any parent or guardian who has not applied through your system to explain that they must complete your admissions process before sharing their ISEB Applicant ID.

Once they have applied to your school and paid your admission fee, you can then upload their Applicant ID.
