If you cannot see an invigilation centre in the Applicant Profile, the parent or guardian has not yet selected one. This could be because they cannot take the tests at their current school.
You should contact the parent or guardian to see if they need help choosing an invigilation centre. If you do not host the tests, or they cannot take them at your school, an alternative centre will need to be found.
If an invigilation centre needs to be added, then approval is quicker when the senior school makes this request than the parents or guardians.
When the new invigilation centre has been approved, parents and guardians can then log in to their portal and add it to their registration.
