What if an applicant completes the wrong test?

Modified on Thu, 10 Nov 2022 at 05:57 PM

If an applicant completes the wrong test, this must be reported in the ‘End of Test Declarations’ form and you must contact us.

The ‘End of Test Declarations’ form can be found in the Invigilation Centre Portal once the relevant test window has ended.

Please go to iseb.eva.tech/invigilation-centre and enter your login credentials. Then select the ‘Assessments’ tab in the upper left hand corner.

The Assessments tab is represented by a clipboard icon.

Any completed tests will be highlighted orange with an button to complete the end of test declarations.

Select the applicant(s) who did not complete the correct test.

For the question, ‘Was the test administered under the right conditions as outlined in the Invigilator Guidelines?’, choose ‘No’.

Do not tick the box confirming all the guidelines were followed.

Then please add further details in the ‘Additional comments’ box before clicking ‘Submit’.

Finally, please contact ISEB directly on [email address]
