An applicant has taken the test twice - what should I do?

Modified on Sat, 3 Sep, 2022 at 5:07 PM

It is unlikely an applicant has taken the test twice.

Once a test is completed, it is possible for the applicant to be scheduled onto assessments which include that test. However, when viewing the test menu the applicant would see that test as completed and the button to enter that test will be disabled.

However, if more than one person has registered the applicant and you have received Applicant IDs for the same child then they could have taken the tests twice. Check your list of applicants for any duplicate names. If an applicant has been uploaded twice, ISEB recommends using the results from the first tests they took.
