An invigilation centre must respond and confirm that your child is taking the test with them to change the status from pending to confirmed.
An invigilation centre can see which applications need a response. They will process applicants with plenty of time before the test window, but if you are concerned, we recommend contacting the invigilation centre directly.
Alternatively, your application profile may be incomplete.
Please make sure you have completed all fields, including stating yes or no for SEND status and EAL status.
Incomplete profiles have a red warning on the account home page and within the applicant profile. The warning will state which sections you must complete.
