Why has my Applicant ID not appeared?

An Applicant ID will only generate once the profile is complete, including the steps below.


An applicant profile has status COMPLETE when personal information is complete and these three conditions are met:


  • Must have set SEND* status (either Yes or No)

  • Must be VERIFIED if SEND is Yes

  • Must have set EAL status (either Yes or No)


If your applicant profile is complete, including the three steps above, yet you cannot see an Applicant ID, please contact us.


*SEND stands for Special Educational Needs or Disabilities
