If you have approved an applicant but realise that they were not meant to have been approved or they need to be removed, you will be able to delete them providing that they have not yet completed any tests. To do this, click on the applicant name, which will take you to the applicant profile page. Select the remove applicant button on the right side of the header.
It is recommended that you contact the parent or guardian to explain why they have been removed so that they can select a different invigilation centre.
